Would it be wrong?

This guy I've known for a long time(he's my brothers friend from high school) has been attracted to me and has now started telling me how thinking of me turns him on and he wants to Eat me out. I dont want to hook up like have sex (he knows this) but he still wants to go down on me. Would it be wrong to let him?
