POSSIBLE IB??

Hello Ladies! I need your help...I am currently 8dpo (AF due 6/23/17). Yesterday morning I noticed after using the bathroom a couple of times, I saw 1-2 very very small (about the size of a pinhead) red dots on the tissue after I wiped. I'm not sure if this is implantation bleeding or something else. I also noticed I felt kind of queasy this afternoon as I was getting ready for work but no actual vomiting. Just kind of an upset stomach. My breasts feel fine, no headaches or sensitivity to smell however my husband and I did plenty of rounds of the baby dance during my fertile window (3 days in a row actually). Am I just imagining things because I am trying so hard to become pregnant or.......?? (Any advice/comments are welcomed from all) ❤️❤️❤️❤️
