meeting the parents...
So I'm meeting the guy I'm seeings parents tomorrow, and I'm pretty nervous. He has already met mine, and got on amazingly with my mother.
However, when I met my ex boyfriends parents their comments were 'she doesn't talk much' and 'she doesn't eat much'. Now the family themselves were judgemental but their son had died 2 weeks prior and I mean I didn't know what to say, and also I'm intolerant to red meat, hence the not eating much thing.
But I actually really like this guy and so I want nothing more than to get it right? I know being myself is standard but I'm a loud person, so when meeting someone new I tend to be more quiet as I can come across as full on. I just don't know and I'm panicking. His mother is very respectful and has said specifically, she wants to get to know me and ask me a few questions before I stay over, like the fuuuuck, I'm stressing😅
