Is there a way to temporarily stop my period? I'm not on birth control but my boyfriend who is in the army will be here while my period comes someone heeeelllllppppp

you could do excessive exercise and starve yourself. but that's not safe and your period could just come anyway. so sorry boo there's no way to stop it.

There is no safe or effective way to do such. However, if you take a warm shower sometimes this can ease cramping, lighten your flow temporarily (depends on the person), and even maybe enable you an your partner feel more comfortable with intercourse whilst menstruating. Best of luck!
