I have no friends at school

I moved states in December 2016, I'm 16 in Grade 11 and I had no friends at the school my mother first enrolled me in at this new state I went to and I became miserable so I moved schools to a school where I had 3 friends who I met outside of school. A couple weeks later they started to isolate me and now one of them absolutely hates me for no reason. I don't know what to do but I constantly sit by myself at school now... please help

ps. also everyone at this new school doesn't talk to me because they think I already have a friendship group ... but i don't
