what to do

Husband called me fat today. He said i look like im pregnant. Im 3 months postpartum. A couple of weeks after i had my baby he had said my body is unacceptable. He has not once said i look beautiful or that he loves me since the baby. He loves the baby and he says he doesnt want a divorce, but we havent been intimate for the past 9 months. What do i do?
