Spinal stenosis and delivery
I have spinal stenosis (I got it from my mom) and I was wondering if anyone else had it while pregnant. I'm 28+4 and am starting to think about my birth plan and what exactly there is for pain relief. I know I can't have an epidural because of my back problems. Thank you
