Can you date someone you're not attracted to?

There's this guy and he's super funny, nice, and really easy going. 4 years ago we dated for a while. We were to young to really have a true relationship. We couldn't even drive yet. That year I ended it cause it just felt like we weren't going anywhere, and because I wasn't attracted to him at all. Now 4 years later I'm hanging out with him again. I'm starting to get attracted to his personality again, however I'm still not attracted to his looks or body. being attracted to the person your with seems very important. But can you still date a guy even though your not truly attracted to him?

Yes, you can. But that doesn't mean you are fully compatible. I am sorry to say this, but you shouldn't date someone you are not fully attracted to because it is selfish to him.
How would you feel about someone doing that to you, preventing you from being with someone who could truly make you happy, and finds you attractive.

I think as long as there some sort of attraction  (personality or physical) it can work. I once tries to "date" this guy I wasn't attracted to because he seemed like a nice guy so I thought I'd give him a chance. I wasn't physically attracted to him so it never worked out.

yes its possible. at first its hard. but personality is a bigger part than how they look. their looks arent gun na treat u right. eventually the attraction to the personality can make a person physically attractive to you.
