Is it normal?

Normally my boyfriend turns me on so easy and I want to jump his bone. But right before sex I just couldn't get turned on and it was killing the mood. I wanted to have sex and for the life of my I could not get turned on. Is that normal? And any advice on what I should do if it happens again?

I've only once had an issue with getting in the mood, and it was because I was exhausted, I was literally too tired to get myself worked up, usually my SO can get me off pretty quick and multiple times and this time it was taking forever, I only attempted to continue because I hadn't seen him in a bit, it was really strange and I felt really bad about it but he could tell how tired I was so it wasn't that big of a deal
