Sex while pregnant...

I have reached that part in my pregnancy where sex is no longer enjoyable, like I'm in pain during or after or both. But I'm always horny😒 the only way it doesn't really hurt is doggy style, but I don't stay wet very long that way then it feels like sand paper.... besides lube is there anything I can do to make it better and not only in one position? I still have 12.5 weeks until this baby is here plus the 6 week healing time... I can't wait that long to have sex again☹️
