Just gotta brag!

Hey ladies!

So I was with my fiancé on Monday, and I got a surprise from Mother Nature and I started! I didn't have any supplies on me and was about to resort to just shoving some TP in my undies and later making an excuse to go home early. But I told myself "no way! I love him and I trust him and we've talked about my cycle before, he can help me!" So I told him I started, and I kid you not, this man just about turned his house upside down looking for a pad. He did find one and gave it to me! I later apologized for not knowing I had started, as we had JUST gotten to his house from my own when I noticed. And he got stern with me and told me "you do not ever have to apologize for anything relating to your period. It's normal and healthy for you to have one, and it's what'll give me babies someday." He kissed my forehead and we went back to playing our video games!

Then tonight, I noticed I had that god awful strip of red up the back of my undies from laying in his bed for a couple hours, and I just felt icky. I asked if he wouldn't mind if I changed into my menstrual cup to help keep it from going everywhere again, (because I have to like get into this funky birthing position to get it up in there), and he was like "of course not baby, do whatever you need to!"
