Me and this guy I like were talking about life. I said why don’t you have a gf? Like is it person choice? And he said yes.

I dont know why I asked if it was personal choice cause I don’t really get it myself. He said he doesn’t want to date anyone rn. But he’s been asking me for sex and blowjobs etc. I haven’t done anything with him tho. I really don’t understand? He doesn’t want a gf? For person choice?? Why??? What does personal choice mean?
