Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)
Hello! I have PMDD which is like PMS but for 3-4 weeks and it’s even worse. I have cramps non-stop, I get extreme headaches and backaches, all that fun stuff. But the weird part is I only get my period for, at the most, 2 days. Is anyone else like that???? I’m very insecure about it and I wanna know if I’m the only one.
