I'm very close with my best friend, her boyfriend and his friends. The thing is I have a major crush on my best friends boyfriends best friend (I know confusing). My friend told him I liked him but at the time he had a thing with someone, he ended things with her so he could start talking to me. About 2 weeks after we started talking we were hanging out at a mutual friends house and he wouldn't even talk to me. Later that night he texted me and told me that he really likes me but felt that my friends were forcing things to move faster than he wants them to (he's younger than me) he then said he just wants to be single for right now and wants to take some time for himself so I told him that I understand. I just found out by my best friend that he now has a thing with a new girl and I'm very upset and I don't know what to do. Things just aren't the same anymore and he constantly tells me he didn't friend zone me and that he still likes me. what do I do so I can get over him? He is the first person I have seriously liked since my last boyfriend (my ex and I ended things about a year and a half ago so it's kind of a big deal that I finally like someone a lot)
