So since I got my implant my periods have always come at strange times. I would go months without one. The doctors gave me pills to get my period back to regular and they worked! However my period stopped again three months ago. Nothing at all. Until November the 23rd. I then had three weeks of heaving bleeding, horrible back pain and cramps. The blood isn’t like my usual period. I wear a tampon and a pad together and have to change them every two/three hours. The blood is bright red. No clots. Is this normal?

Because it’s stopped now when I finally got to the doctors they said to come back if it happens again but wouldn’t do any tests or give me any advice or what caused this. (My doctors aren’t great but unfortunately I can’t change because they are they only one in my area :( )
