My boyfriend and I used to be in a LD relationship and we decided to have a open relationship  until  we both graduated. I feel like he agreed more because  I wanted one. But we were both very  happy  the whole time. I was with a few ppl but he never was with anyone. Its definitely not for everyone. You have to have a few rules though like  we had no emotional connections with the person, no one the other knows, always use more than one form of protection, no friends, no more than twice, and we have to tell eachother  about it.

It’s definitely not for everyone (def not for me). But there are some people it dose work with. But communication is extremely important. You have to make sure everyone involved is on the same page and set clear boundaries of what is and isn’t okay or people can get hurt.

my husband  parents  were like that and it was horrible (i dont get why people do this thou) they had lots of rules but his dad broke the most important rule they were married for 25yrs and ya that ruined the marriage and cus of that his dad was a huge dick so he decided  to do something  so horrible it broke his mom and the 3 kids heart he put all 5 dogs down just to hurt his family
