Dealing with Std

So lately i’ve been having symptoms like blood in my pee, weird discharge, and burning when I pee. So I decided to get tested and the Dr. told me I had gonorrhea. And this wasnt the first time i’ve gotten an std. I just feel so disgusted by myself and cant believe that I could be so stupid and let this happen again. My self esteem is in the trash at this point, How did you guys deal with getting an std? please reply I feel horrible right now😕
