How do I get a boyfriend?

So I’m 19 and I’ve never dated anyone. I’ve talked to a few people but it never got the point of dating before it didn’t work out. Literally everyone I know is in a relationship and I can’t even find a guy to look my way. What am I doing wrong? Is it just that I’m too ugly?

honestly at 19 and even now i wish i didnt get in relationships as early as i did and as quick as i did. they didnt end well and really preoccupied my mind and time so much i forgot about important things. i say just wait when the right guy comes he comes ya know?

I never searched for a boyfriend, my first relationship was with the man I'm now married to. Because I waited, even though I felt everything youre feeling now, I got to experience all my firsts with the man I married, first kiss, sex, child, everything. and I seriously doubt you're ugly, I literally thought I was so ugly and that's why no guys were ibterested in me, but looking at my pictures from high school and right after I graduated I cry, I was got af. I think the only reason guys didnt go for me was because I was serious, I wasn't going to have sex with just anyone and I think they all knew that. I've always been mature WAY beyond my years and guys when I was your age don't want anything to do with that. Hell I'm only 23 and guys my age don't want that so I'm hlad I found my husband, I doubt teenage boys have changed much in the 4 years since I was 19.

I thought that too for myself, but I’ve been in a relationship for a yr and a half. Found my boyfriend at 19 and turning 20 next month. It will happen. You can’t really make it happen most times unless you put yourself out there.

I doubt that you are ugly. I’ve learned in my dating experience, don’t always wait for a guy to come to you. Sometimes you have to be forward and make the move because men can be stubborn. Be social.
