To ask or not to ask

So I’ve been speaking to this guy for almost three months now, and we’ve gotten physically intimate and we’ve had a lot of long discussions about almost everything except relationships. At the beginning he told me he wanted to do stuff casually but he’s to it leading to more. At this point i just don’t know where he stands, and there are other guys that come into play and i don’t want to feel bad for getting involved with them and still speaking to him and vice versa. I think the timing is also a little awkward with V-Day and stuff. At this point I really just want to ask him what we’re doing. I’m a freshman in college and he’s a sophomore and I’ve never been in a relationship, people find it easier to keep stuff casual with me and I’m lowkey scared of commitment but i kind of want to get into a relationship.
