Being sick

ive been sick since Sunday , but I didn’t find out until Monday , Monday in school I wasn’t feeling well but I though I was just tired then people were saying “ Aubree you look bad you should go to the nurse , my teacher noticed and sent me I had a fever of 100.4 and went to the hospital to see if I had strep or flu negative , but I’m still sick and not going to school tomorrow or Thursday 😭🙄 and my throat is killing me 🤷🏼‍♀️any tips to make me feel better ( binge watch something , and foods to make my mood change 😂) really anything helps at this point
