Body confusion?? Help!!

I'm so confused, I'm wondering if anyone has had any similar experience and can help give me some hope!

I had an early mc at 5/6 weeks on 20th Jan. I had very mild cramping which started about 2 weeks ago and stopped about 4 days ago.

I thought I was starting to see a faint line on my tests but today when I went the toilet there was a small amount of blood so i put a pad on thinking af had came. I've come home from work and nothing?? Usually once my period starts it comes at full force so I'm so confused!
