Discharge

From all I can remember I have had lots of discharge usually white and a bit thick as I have gotten older it has increased and I’m only 16 I do masterbate and have had sex so I don’t know if this has caused some of it but I haven’t had a sexual partner for a month now I am have pain when weeing and it’s burning just sat normally any suggestions on what is causing it or tips for dealing with discharge
