UTI 💀😩

So Valentine’s Day, I started feeling a little pain whilst having sex. Thought nothing of it and just said It probably tore or I wasn’t wet enough, fast forward all those days later it never went away!! I couldn’t figure out why, so I went to the doctors and they tested my urine and it came back I have a UTI... which SUCKS. So I’ve been using like an anti itch cream designed for that kinda stuff I think it’s called vagisel? But my point is, after two days of taking medication and pushing bottles of water into my system. It’s still hurting ☹️the itch went away and I can pee normally but when I go to wipe that’s when it hurts the most. What should I do??
