Cd38, not ovulated yet 😩

Can anyone help me. I’ve never been regular , always had long cycles. I came off bc 7 months ago , had an early Mc at 5 weeks and it took 8 weeks to finally get my period back. I’m now on cd38 and I’ve been taking opks twice a day and all negative. Ive been referred to a gynaecologist but I’m so impatient and I’m really worried there’s something wrong with me as I don’t ovulate regularly.

Is there anything I can take to make me ovulate ? I’m hoping to get prescribed Clomid once I see the consultant but that just feels like so long away as the waiting list is months 😩

I’ve read about vitex but does it really work ? Is there anything else I can try ? I’m willing to try anything right now.

I’ve had blood tests and all came back normal. I have no symptoms for PCOS either. X
