Foot cream

So I was putting food cream on my feet bc of a blister but other people use it in my house and I was putting cream on my vag after ( have a cut from shaving) and I did was my hands but I have fake nails so some cream might have got under my nails. So if someone had a wary on there foot and used the cream and then I used it and some hot on my vag from under my nail. Would I get the wart?
