Should I stay or should I go

I found out that my last my distance relationship is going to stay long distance forever unless I gain the courage to leave my house and move with him because he doesn’t want to come back to this state that he doesn’t have anything left for him here except me and he has more job opportunities there and honestly I don’t know what to do I want to leave but my family is here what should I do I’ve been with him for 6 years now and he is my soulmate I want to be with him forever
