Is it possible for me to ovulate even though I’m on my last pack of birth control?

Okay let me explain. So the reason I decided this is my last pack of bc was because of the low sex drive and sad moods. I literally couldn’t get horny at all and would always feel sad.. then BOOM out of no where I’m horny 24/7 and happy as one can be! (While still on BC) I even have discharge coming out and I usually experience this on my fertile week. Could this be possible??
