Bleeding after fingering?

So this may be tmi but I figured this would be the best place to ask this. Is this normal? Or something I should be concerned about?

Me and my boyfriend were fooling around last night. He was eating me out and fingering me pretty roughly but it didn’t hurt or anything. When I finished he notice that I was bleeding quite a bit (on my thighs and some on the couch). It was bright red like my period but I’m on the nurvaring and I typically don’t get my period unless it’s out.

I’ve been having sex for about a year now but I will sometimes bleed after we do it (a very small amount and I only see it when I wipe after going to the bathroom). I know I don’t have a STD because I recently got tested. My gyno tells me I have a tilted uterus but I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.
