Any good natural remedies for a yeast infection?

I’m in pain right now and all the stores is closed, anything that might help me for the night ? There’s no discharge but it’s extremely irritated and sore. Even my walls kinda burns omg HELP

I've heard this works well but you have to really have a yeast infection as it says in the picture, it can burn the healthy skin.

15-20 min soak in the tub, yogurt works if you like it, try not wearing underwear or atleast not anything tight and always with a cloth crotch. Don't use anything heavily scented. I never tried it but I was told you can put the yogurt directly on the vagina for immediate relief or dip a tampon in it and freeze it then insert the tamp as long as its plain yogurt..
