Cramps After Ovulation

I've been off my ovulation week for about three or four days and i have been cramping so so bad! I've been extremely bloated, nausea and had headaches. This is all new to me. Previously, I have not felt this way after ovulation week. I make notes of my body and pay close attention and this is definitely new. Does anyone else experience this? Is it just normal cramps and do other girls experience this? What else could be the issue? I looked it up and it said pregnancy is a chance so I'm curious.
