First sex issues 🤦‍♀️need advice

Guys I'v been trying to have sex with my bf for a while now overall we tried 3times and the last time he went inside a little and I think did not break my hymen but sort of damaged it , I just can't bare the pain! I try every time to be more relaxed and I have had progress as I said but I just thinking is there something wrong with me? I mean I want this really bad but it's just so painful for me and I keep tensing my body amd my bf has been really patient but I think he is getting annoyed too . I heard some people have sex issues and sex is really painful for them does it mean I have problems too? Or is it just a normal process and will get done in time? I'm worried give me some advice plz:(

Ps. We also use waterbase lubricant and he wears condom .
