red bumps on vagina?!

so i shave down there and get ingrown hairs from time to time. theyre usually outside the vagina. Now I have a few small red bumps all over my vagina and I dont know what it is. the thing is i had really rough sex and oral sex performed on me 2 days in a row, i dont know if its from that. also i shave a lot and then i go biking and the ingrown hairs can act way up from all the pressure down there i get riding the bike. im kindof freaking out at this point they are painful to touch. anyone know what could it be? getting std checked but not until next monday
