FISHY Beer Smell

HELP HELP HELP Okay... So I know people say you are what you eat & I haven’t been eating healthy since I left school for the summer... So about a week ago my vagina started to smell like a fishy beer smell. Ik the first thing everyone is going to say is a yeast infection or bacteria infection and I don’t have either one because I have been to the doctor. SO I’m wondering are there any suggestions on what I should do to get rid of the smell ?

P.s. ALSO EVERY TIME I EAT MY FOOD TASTE FISHY Beer also 😭🙄 !! PLEASE HELP
