I’m 16 and a virgin to everything.

So I’m 16 and I’ve never had a boyfriend, first kiss, and obviously... sex. I feel behind all my friends and like stupid because of this. I want a boyfriend but the last guy I was friends with liked my bestfriend and used me as a middle man. I’m don’t talk to any of them anymore. I also feel like I’m afraid to express my feelings. Does anyone have any advice on how to tell someone I like them?
