Sex life feels like it's ruined

So long story short since I was young I've always had uti and what not. I'm 24 years old and still have all these issues with my vagina one min I have a yeast infection the next it's a uti, the next it's a herpes outbreak and then its pelvic inflammatory diease, I feel like I can't win. It's been about a month since I have had sex because with all these issues I can't. I recently got a shot for the pelvic inflammatory diease, and I'm on a pill called Doxycycline Monohydrate not sure what that's for cause she said I have no infections. I'm still feeling itchy down there, I got back tomorrow for a pelvic ultrasound but I miss being able to have sex with my boyfriend 😞 any ideas what to do
