Nauseas/Slight Pain after Orgasm

I’m 22, and ever since I started masturbating at the age of 15/16 sometimes it’s great after I orgasm and other times I’m almost sick to my stomach and have sharp lower stomach pains.

This can happen on both orgasms brought by vaginal orgasms or just the clit. It sometimes just makes me wanna refrain altogether as I just get so sick or in pain.

I’m just curious if this is normal or something I should bring up to my new gynecologist when I see them sometime in the next few months.

I do have PCOS. (If that’s relevant)
