Advice pls...

So... if a guy will travel for an hour on a bus just to give you a book what does that mean? (We live on a really small island and he’s coming from the capital to my town and it’s considered quite far especially by bus). We are really good friends and he is always really sweet when we talk and will not stop giving my compliments and we have talked for like 6 hours each day. We met 2 weeks ago on a camp and instantly became friends. Everyone says we’d be cute together and I asked some of my guy friends and they were like yeah he definitely likes you... but idk... I’m probably just overthinking a lot... any advice would be greatly appreciated xx
