When we get along it’s the best. But when we fight he instantly calls me a piece of shit and I told him over and over how hurt I am and it doesn’t help. He’ll say because I don’t trust him or something. I’m sick of getting called it and need advice someone please.. I love him so much it hurts

"When we get along it's the best"...you do realize that even women who are physically abused say this -- it's good when it's good, but turns ugly when its bad.
I wouldnt put up with the name calling. My SO doesnt call me names even when mad. 
However, my mom told me that when her and my dad first started dating, he would call her every name in the book. He stopped doing that way before they had kids. He treats her like a queen now. They've been together over 40 years. So, just sit down and talk to him and tell him you arent putting up with the name calling or its over... and actually MEAN it, or he wont stop.
