Long sex

This is my first time posting on here, but when my boyfriend and I had first started having sex, we could go for hours. We’ve been together almost 7 years and the past couple years I can only go for maybe 10-30 min otherwise my vagina starts to hurt, almost like rug burn. We’ve tried lube but it still hurts after sex when I go pee. It’s not usually as bad as when we don’t use lube, but it’s still kind of painful. Is there anything I can do to help it from hurting after or at all?
