I messed up how do I fix it

This person I like, they’re GNC. They showed me a nude and told me to be honest about me being attracted to it. It was a female topless from the hips up, and said the stomach threw me off a little. Well it turned out to be them and I don’t know how to apologize. I apologized in the moment but I’m still anxious about it and I feel like I body shamed them. They’re still nice to me though, and they still wanna hook up.
