white milky discharge

ok the other day after having sex with my s.o there was some white milky residue or discharge on his penis and i looked it up online it says thats its a sign of early pregnancy and im like???? its impossible bc i have infertility problems and get irregular periods. my period is a day late this month which is normal to me but when i wipe theres blood but its not bleeding. I dont want to get my hopes up. my question is WHAT DOES WHITE DISCHARGE MEAN? during or after being done having sex . no i dont have a yeast infection lol
