Do irregular periods mean your infertile?

Hey guys, so before I started taking birth control my periods were pretty regular every once in a while I would be late (longest 2 months). After i started I noticed either I was on my period to long (like 3 weeks) or didn’t get (longest 5 months). All while I was have these problems I was going to the doctor and nothing was showing up on my test results. I was getting regular periods since March. I stopped taking my birth control in June. Had a pap in July and it said I had abnormal cells and to check back in a year. But I did have oral sex the day before (not sure if that affect it). Now I’m a week late. Could this be a sign I’m infertile or does the birth control still have effects?
