asking for a friend!

so my friend was with her boyfriend. they didn’t have sex. she said that she got fingered and then she grinded on him and they both where fully clothed. and she keeps asking if she is pregnant or can get pregnant and I told her no but can she get diseases and was I correct? i’m guessing the only way to get pregnant is to have sperm go inside you but she said they didn’t have sex. she is also in the pill so I told she shouldn’t worry lol
