When is the best day to do pregnancy test?

I'm going to be very detailed in this HAHAHAHA /nervous laugh/

I had unprotected sex with my bf on the 28 of december. It was our first time. He didn't cum inside me. But I'm still nervous af. On dec 29, I experienced cramps, back ache and blood discharge. And that day forward til now, sometimes I'm always sleepy, my breast aren't sore but my nipples are erected? /cause usually my nipple always like uhm sunk/, experiencing mild cramps and back ache, and after eating like a lot of foods, more than usual /I'm targeting all near unlis here at our city/ I feel bloated and want to vomit. It's been 7 days now after I had sex. But in my cycle it says that I have 2 remaining days before my period. I'm still worried on getting pregnant though. I bought a pregnancy test but I don't know when will I use it. So when do you guys think is the day for me to test?
