Best secured credit card (credit establishing)?

I’m almost 22 & I’ve done really well with my credit score since (I have car payments), but it still needs a little work (lower 600’s). My parents were always in the 300’s & were very limited with what they could do so I’d like to take care of mine before it gets bad. I would like to get a secured credit card but I’m having a hard time choosing. I may just go to my bank as well, but would like suggestions!

Discover has great cash back incentives, but they've always showed my credit score being lower than it actually is. 
If you can get USAA's Amex card, I really like them.

I personally like to use credit cards where I get miles or points to use somewhere. Also, no annual fees. If you have an Amazon account already and you shop on their - I would recommend this one.

anything USAA, i highly recommend. 11/10 love them, great customer service. will stick with them for LIFE and hand down to my kids. (it’s how i got mine, from my parents) they have a rewards/cash credit card that i have that i love. and it has an american flag on it ♥️🇺🇸

I could go with a secured card through your bank or capital one. My hubs and I get great cash back (1.5% on everything) with our C1 card, but also used a secured card through his back account to help build up credit as well. Both worked wonders in building his credit up. Goodluck!
