I don’t know...

So I might be overreacting about this, I don’t know. My boyfriend says that he doesn’t need to spend time with me every week since we talk all the time over text, but I need to see him. Seeing him makes me happy, and since I have depression it’s pretty vital to me. I’ve explained all this to him but he still refuses to spend time with me. He says he loves me, but he won’t sacrifice a bit of time to make me happy? It’s just really hurtful. Please tell me if I’m overreacting or what to do because I’m hurt and confused.
