Female sexual dysfunction?

Soo I have a bunch of medical issues such as severe sinus disease, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, trigeminal neuralgia, and another ( to be determined) auto immune disease.

Does anyone know if this why I cannot orgasm? I've been using different vibrators and techniques and NOTHING :/ I feel like I'm crazy. I'll feel great and my heart will race then boom nothing. I can climb the hill but even when I've waited 2 hrs there's no avail ugh
