Anyone know what this could be ?

I have a small bump in the crease of my leg almost like a pimple, pretty small. I tend to notice it more when i shave but i also have it when i haven’t shaved. I know it can’t be any type of std or anything because i’m not sexually active. anyone know what this could be? or how to get rid of it?

Bro I had something like that a few years ago and I messed with it and it burst and now there’s permanently just a hole in my leg now (like skin grew over it but you can feel it when you touch it) anyways moral of the story: leave it alone
