How do you like to clean your v?

Any tips for staying fresh down there all day? How to you handle discharge?

Discharge is how your vagina self-cleans and it changes with your cycle. The most you can do about it is wear a pantyliner.
You shouldn’t use anything to wash down there except water and some mild (unscented) soap. Using anything else can disrupt your pH balance and lead to infections like yeast infections or BV.

Discharge is normal, and it only ever isn’t normal if there’s an infection going on. Normal discharge won’t have an odour to it. I have a shower in the morning and a shower at night, if I’m feeling lazy I’ll have one in the morning OR the night depending on what I’ve done that day or what the weather’s like (e.g. hot summers = more sweat). 
If you can let your vagina BREATHE. Don’t wear anything to bed. It’s so much better for your vagina, though wearing underwear and pants etc won’t do harm. You can use pantyliners if discharge bothers you but this will increase sweat production and sweat is the stuff that smells.
