Am I too heavy?

Sorry if this is a stupid question😂, but I am 13, and I think that I need to loose weight. I’m about 5”6, and 54kg. Is this too heavy? I have no idea what other girls my age weigh on average. I’d be really grateful if you could give me a rough idea:)

No, dont worry about others too much. You look perfect the way you are. I am 5'1 and 55kg. I have had the same issue. Don't focus on losing weight or comparing yourself to other people. As long as you are healthy and happy that's it.

no. you’re only 13, your body is going to change so much by the time you’re 16-17. i was 140 lbs at 12-14 and by the time i was 16 i was only 105, just from my body changing. don’t worry about weight and the way you look, 13 is a goofy time!

I am 14 and now 5'4 and 54.4 kg s, and I've put on 5 this year alone. But I look the same. Our bodies are continually changing and fluctuating in weight. I don't think you need to lose any weight at all

I was 50kg at 13 and I was 5’1. It is a totally normal, healthy weight. 
I’m now nearly 20, I’m still 5’1 but I weight 68kg. I’m still perfectly healthy and it’s due to body composition. I have more muscle than fat, I’m also heavy chested (8JJ). Sure I could lose a bit and still be in a healthy range if I wanted to as well.
I wish looking back at when I was 13 that I didn’t concern myself so much about weight. Your body is going to change sooo much. Even though I didn’t grow since age 11 in height, my weight changed drastically and so did the shape of my body. I put that in peril trying to control my weight at that age.
Let your body shape settle out till you’re at least 17/18. Only then you’ll know what type of maintenance your weight needs. Unless of course you become extremely overweight or extremely underweight, but otherwise I wouldn’t be worried about it.
